Jay is Global Head of Market Sustainability with Interface, the world’s leading commercial flooring manufacturer and a globally recognized pioneer in the field of industrial sustainability.
Jay is passionate about continuing the legacy of his grandfather, Ray C. Anderson, the founder of Interface, who dedicated his career to demonstrating the business logic of sustainability.
He serves on the boards of The National Wildlife Federation, EcoForesters and the Southern Environmental Law Center’s Next30 committee.
Jay graduated from Wake Forest University in 2005 with a BA in English and is an avid fly angler, outdoorsman and naturalist.
Originally from Atlanta, he lives in Asheville, NC with his wife, son, and birddog.
