Georgia Interfaith Power & Light (GIPL) is holding their annual Green Team Summit on Saturday, February 26, 2023. Now in its fourth year, the Green Team Summit is an opportunity for Green Teams, faith leaders, and environmental activists from across the state to gather for a time of fellowship and shared learning. Participants will attend workshops that equip congregations to build their Green Teams, combat climate change, and mobilize around local and federal climate issues. Participants will also share a meal and hear from keynote speakers who will inspire a renewed love for Creation and neighbor and build an understanding of the importance of voices of faith and conscience within this work.
The Green Team Summit will be held on February 26, 2023 from 2-8pm at Temple Sinai located at 5645 Dupree Dr, Sandy Springs, GA 30327. Tickets to this event are $35, which includes dinner and wine. Register here.
